Phase 1: Publicity and Registrations of the Event

Date of Commencement: 20th October 2009
Date of Completion: 10thNovember 2009

In the abovementioned period, the major stress will be laid on the publicity via the use of College to college publicity by Posters and hoardings and also print media for the purpose of attracting participation in the event. The prizes for the winning participants, the USP of this event, will be displayed explicitly in the publicity of the event.



Phase 2: Short listing of Registered Participants

Date of Commencement: 11th November 2009
Date of Completion: 13th November2009

In the second segment of the event, the registered models will be shortlisted on the basis of the applications send by the participants i: e in-house short listing. Rejected participants will get their documents along with Registration fees after this screening round.



Phase 3: Second Round of Eliminations

Date of Commencement: 14th November2009
Date of Completion: 18th November 2009

In the Third segment of the event, the registered short listed models will be shortlisted on the basis of the photo-session that will be held along with the talent/personality round where judges from Fashion Industry or leading Sponsors of the event will travel to the five selected cities of the five zones for eliminations. Also with every registration there is a gift hamper of worth Rs.3500/-for every participant.



Phase 4: Third Round of Eliminations

Date of Commencement: 19th November 2009
Date of Completion: 30th November 2009

All the models will have to travel to the selected city of each zone where the modelling participants will be given basic training of ramp walk and V&A. They will then be made to do another ramp walk for state level and zone level contest wherein the best 30 from the 100 selected will be retained and the others will then have to bid adieu to the competition.



Phase 5: Grooming and Training (Models)

Date of Commencement: 10thDecember2009
Date of Completion: 17th December2009

The models selected in Phase 4 will now be introduced and inducted in a training camp of the duration as mentioned above. Here they will be made to follow a strict regime of exercises, yoga, swimming, extracurricular activities and also will be choreographed for the five sequences of the finale. They will also be given advanced training in Voice and Accent usage, wherein a large part of their personalities will also be crafted. All this will be conducted by very well trained professionals specifically brought in for this purpose.



Phase 6: Event Finals

Here, on the 19th of December2009, New Delhi (Outdoor), the finale of the entire competition will be held. The flow is stated in the next segment of this document. The models will walk the ramp in clothes emphasising on the different- different trends of fashion industry and Indian western culture. Then these very models will undergo a set of selection rounds where the best 10 from the final 30 will be put to a Q&A round where they will be judged by an elite panel of prominent citizens of India related to the fashion industry will declare the winners (Top 3) and sub titles of the event.



Event Flow (Grand Finale)

The entire event concept is based on the promotion of Fashion and Glamour industry through the use of dresses and artwork. We would also like to introduce the various accepted and world acclaimed cultures by dances & performances. The entire Grand Finale is not just the pageant but it is power packed entertainment night, where the audience enjoys themselves to the fullest and experiences what they will see once in a very long time.

Sequence Featured Program

• Introduction of Judges (Judges will walk the ramp and be introduced by our Compare)
• First Ramp Walk and Display
• Dance Performances
• Second Ramp Walk and Display
• Comedian will perform a Stand-up gig
• Third Ramp Walk and Display
• A Fusion performances by famous Stars from Industry
• Comedian will perform another Stand-up gig
• 9 The Final 10 Contestants will be declared in this sequence. They will be made to walk the ramp and take stage at the dais provided to them.
• A Sensation will perform at the last Gig of the evening
• After taking positions, the models will have to face the Q&A round
• The Winner declaration would take place with the crowning ceremony.

This would be done by a prominent film personality, known celebrity or beauty queen hailing from India
